These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ordernise mobile application ("App") developed for inventory and order management. By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Ordernise is an inventory and order management application that provides the following features:

• Order tracking and management with customisable fields
• Stock item inventory management
• Custom attribute templates for orders and stock items
• Multi-currency support with automatic locale detection
• Notification reminders for order completion dates
• Calendar view for order visualisation
• Customisable field preferences and settings

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Plans

Ordernise offers premium subscription plans:

• Monthly Pro Subscription
• Annual Pro Subscription

3.2 Payment and Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Data and Privacy

4.1 Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData and synced to your iCloud account. We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal order and inventory data.

4.2 Local Notifications

The App may request permission to send local notifications for order reminders. These notifications are processed locally on your device.

4.3 Currency Detection

The App may access your device's locale settings to automatically detect and set your preferred currency. This information is not transmitted or stored externally.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain the accuracy of your data
• Keep your device and App updated for optimal performance
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App in a way that could damage or impair the service

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, functionality, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the App for your personal or business inventory management needs.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain consistent service, we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from bugs or interruptions.

7.2 Data Backup

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend regularly backing up your device to ensure your data is preserved.

7.3 Business Decisions

The App is a tool to assist with inventory management. You are solely responsible for all business decisions made using the information provided by the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or App Store updates.

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to certain features if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
