By accessing or using Ordernise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Ordernise is an order tracking and inventory management application designed for resellers and small e-commerce businesses. We provide tools to track orders, calculate profits, and manage inventory across multiple selling platforms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Subscription & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Ordernise. This includes attempting to access the service through unauthorized means, interfering with other users, or using the service for any illegal purpose.
6. Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into Ordernise. We provide tools to help you track your business, but profit calculations and analytics are only as accurate as the information you provide.
7. Intellectual Property
Ordernise and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ordernise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from Settings.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
